04/05/2024

Former Logan County Sheriff Billy Lee Kimbriel passed away on April 3, 2024, at his home, at the age of 89. Bill served as the elected Logan County Sheriff from 1983 to 1992. He was a deputy sheriff before he was elected as Sheriff and served in the Paris Police Department and the U.S Marine Corps (serving in Korea and Vietnam). Bill was married for 68 years to his wife, Gloria, who passed away last year. Bill is much loved by his family, friends, and co-workers and he loved to work on his farm with his wife and family.

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of former Sheriff Bill Kimbriel. Thanks for the honor of the Sheriff's Office serving as pallbearers at his funeral next week on Wednesday, April 10th.
