We had a great time participating in the 2023 Special Olympics Polar Plunge at Cove Lake this past weekend.  Chief Deputy Joshua Scott, Magazine Police Chief Brett Chappell, and I (Sheriff Massey) along with my family jumped into a very, very cold Cove Lake to raise money for the Special Olympics.  We had a lot of participation from the folks at the Booneville Human Development Center and are glad they shared in this freezing event with us for a great cause.
