Joshua Farnam Arrested

Today, the Logan County Sheriff's Office and the Paris Police Department arrested Joshua Farnam, 33, of Subiaco, in a stolen white Dodge Ram 3500 truck just north of Paris on North Fifth Street. The truck was reported stolen out of LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and the license plate on the truck was reported stolen out of Fort Smith. Logan County Sheriff's Office investigators searched the truck and found a baggie of a crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine and an external diesel tank in the back of the truck containing diesel fuel that is suspected to be stolen as well.
 
Joshua has multiple warrants from Logan County and other counties in our area and one from the federal government. Many of these criminal activities include the theft of side-by-sides, ATVs, and trucks. In addition to the anticipated charges for the stolen truck and property and the suspected methamphetamine, he is being held on the following: federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine; Logan County warrant for commercial burglary, theft by receiving, criminal trespass, and fleeing; Logan County warrant for theft by receiving and fleeing; Arkansas Child Support Enforcement body attachment for failure to pay child support; Logan County warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay; Yell County warrant for commercial burglary and theft by receiving; Sebastian County warrant for breaking and entering and theft of property; a parole hold; and a federal detainer hold for their warrant. There will also be more warrants out of Logan County for other theft-related crimes.
